Ingredients
- Beef (cut off) : 80g
- Salad oil : 1 tsp
- onion : 1/2 small
- Maitake : 1/2 pack
- Red wine : 3 tbsp
- (A) Water : 150㏄
- (A) Mirin : 1 tablespoon
- tomato : 1/2 piece
- Miso : 2 and 1/2 teaspoons
- sugar : 1/2 teaspoon
- Macrophyll : Three

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. -
