- (A) Mirin : 2 tsp
- (A) Miso : 2 tsp
- (A) Sugar : 1 tsp
- (A) Garlic (grated) : 1/2 teaspoon
- (A) Salt : a little
- (A) Coarse ground black pepper : a little
- (B) Water : 300cc
- (B) Miso : 2 tablespoons
- (B) White sesame seeds : 5 tbsp
- (B) Chili oil : 1 tsp

Put (B) in a pan, mix and heat over low to medium heat.
Turn off the heat when it does not boil. -

Put sesame oil and minced pork in a frying pan and heat while loosening until the color changes by half. Add (A), mix and fry while removing water.

Cut the garland chrysanthemum into 3-4 cm widths.
Cut long onions and tomatoes into appropriate sizes. -

Put shimeji mushrooms and garland chrysanthemum in a pan, boil lightly, and add pork, green onions, and tomatoes.
Sprinkle coarsely ground black pepper if you like and add chili oil.
Point
・ If you don't have a pot for one person, you can use a one-handed pot.
・ Originally, sesame seeds are used, but you can easily make them delicious without using sesame seeds.
・ Adjust the amount of chili oil to your liking. For those who want more spiciness, use Doubanjiang, red pepper, etc. for a full-fledged spiciness.
・ Minced pork is fragrantly finished by frying in sesame oil.
・ If the leaves of garland chrysanthemum are heated too much, the fragrance will be lost, so add them to the finish.
