- (A) Water : 大さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1/2
- Butter (for finishing) : 5g
- 黒胡椒 : 適量

Put butter (for baking) in a frying pan and melt it over low heat so as not to burn it.
Add mochi and bake.
When both sides of the mochi are browned, add (A) and boil down.
Turn the mochi over and coat both sides with the seasoning. -
