Ingredients
- Penne : 150g
- bacon : 100g
- Potatoes : 1 piece
- Consomme (cube) : 1 piece
- Olive oil : 1 tablespoon
- water : 500cc
- Black pepper : as you like
- Italian parsley : as you like

Procedure

Fry bacon

Sprinkle olive oil in a frying pan, add bacon and fry over medium heat.

If the potatoes get entangled with fat, add water and consomme and let it boil for a while.

Add penne, cover and boil according to the time indicated on the bag, mixing occasionally.

Point
-Since it can be done with a single frying pan, there is no extra washing and no hassle.
・ As a preliminary preparation, cut bacon into 5 mm width and potatoes into 1 cm square.
・ Fry the bacon in olive oil until it becomes fat to bring out the flavor and finish it with a good fragrance.
・ By adding all the ingredients and penne and boiling them together, the taste of the ingredients will soak into the penne.
・ While boiling, mix occasionally so that the penne does not stick.
