- ツナ缶 : 1缶
- 塩胡椒 : 少々
- 卵 : 1個
- 醤油 : 大さじ1
- 鰹節 : 1パック

Prepare the Komatsuna

Cut the komatsuna into bite-sized pieces.
Separate the leaves and stems. -

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan.
Add the komatsuna stems and fry until cooked through.
Add komatsuna leaves and canned tuna and fry.
Clear some space in the frying pan and crack the egg in.
Mix eggs to make scrambled eggs.
When the eggs are set, mix and fry.
Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce, and stir-fry until well combined. -
